	Pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 3313.85, Summit County
Probate Court Judge Bill Spicer received notification on Thursday,
September 21, 2006, that the Hudson City School District Board of
Education has failed to fill a vacancy in such Board within a period of
thirty days of such vacancy.  Upon such notification, R.C. 3313.85
requires the probate court to fill such vacancy as promptly as possible.

	Anyone seeking to be considered to fill the vacancy shall submit
a cover letter with attached resume to Judge Bill Spicer, Summit County
Probate Court, 209 South High Street, Akron, Ohio  44308, no later than
Friday, October 6, 2006.
