SUBJECT: COLESBROOKE ROAD IMPROVEMENTS

Dear Residents:

The contract to perform the improvements on Colesbrooke Road was awarded to the TRI MOR Corporation, Inc. located in Twinsburg, Ohio. The Contractor plans to start work on Monday, June 28, 2004 at the cul-de-sac. Attached is a copy of the construction schedule, contact names and phone numbers.

Access to your drive should be maintained at all times with the exception of one day for base stabilization. The Contractor will notify you in advance of that date.

Signs, barricades and warning lights will be placed for your safety. We ask that they be observed. Please warn your children about the danger of playing in the construction site or on any of the equipment, Please report any vandalism to the Boston Heights Police Department at 330-653-5911. If you have a special problem or concern, please contact Jimmie Moore at 330-801-8802. Also, the Village will have an inspector on the job with whom you can discuss any concerns.

Please be advised that the Contractor is not responsible for any landscaping materials and sprinkler systems within the project right-of-way that may be damaged during construction. Also, the seeding of restored areas is the responsibility of the homeowner.

We understand that this construction project will be an inconvenience to you and your neighbors. However, we plan on completing this project in a timely and professional fashion.
