Christopher William Gerlak, 33, of Boston Heights, died July 1, 2006, in Tampa, Fla.
He is survived by his wife Cheryl (nee Dietz); son, Brandon; parents, Bill and Shirley Gerlak; brothers, Matt and Eric; nephews, Nathan, Joshua and Katerina; and grandmothers, Marge Molodec and Helen Gerlak.
A memorial service was held at 4PM Saturday, July 15, at Northfield Baptist Church, 311 W. Aurora Rd., Northfield.
